What if that’s fresh? Or maybe that mop wasn’t clean when it went in? Or maybe someone took a shower in the urinal?
Whatever the cost, you mustn’t step in it, or it will endlessly harm you with its germs and whatnot through your rubber soled shoes.
…At the least, it’s a slipping hazard. Best to avoid it, then.
